This week we celebrate "Read Across America". We will have many activities from a scavenger hunt to a bookmark design contest and the "Masked "Reader". We just want to celebrate the love of reading!





Spelling Bee scheduled for tomorrow (03/04) is being rescheduled to Thursday, March 5th starting at 9:00am at the grade school.

Congratulations to Trystin, Laken, Laynee, and Lexie! The Nebraska State FFA Degree committee has officially recommended these four to receive their State Degrees!
The ceremony for conferring the degrees will be conducted on Friday, April 4, beginning at 1:30 p.m. at the Pinnacle Bank Arena in Lincoln. Parents and guests are welcome to attend the closing session and find open seating in the bowl of PBA. No registration is required.
The FFA State Degree is one of the highest honors the Nebraska FFA Association can bestow upon our members. The recipients have distinguished themselves as one of the state's most outstanding members.

D1-12 Boys sub-district finals DCS vs Hitchcock Co. Thursday, February 27th starting at 6:00pm MT.

Congrats to the Esports Valorant team on their win over Creek Valley 13-9.




DCS Speech Team is on the move competing at Sutherland, North Platte, and Ogallala in February. At these meets, Emma brought home five golds and a silver in the Program of Interp. and Poetry. Klayton earned a fifth and tenth in Extemp. Zoey took a novice fifth and a fourth in Serious prose. Laken placed 4th in Extemp. Leslie completed in entertainment and humorous prose. Benton and Bryce prepare for the next meet. Go Tigers!
