DCS students completed their yearly dental health screenings & had a special visit from Katie with the SWHD and MoJo the monkey. We discussed oral health and good oral hygiene. The students enjoy when Katie & MoJo come to visit them!

DCS Winter Career & Education Extravaganza is today! Students are meeting with Striv representatives and learning about audiovisual production, graphic design, and coding careers.
We will have a 10:00 late start in the morning to allow for roads and parking lots to be cleared. No morning preschool. Sorry parents!
Jody Crouse, Secondary school secretary (she runs the school!) was honored by the school board as the VIP for December! Also honored but not present is Irene Gooder, cafeteria manager. She is working hard to make lunch improvements and it shows!! Congratulations!!

Although she was not there to hear it in person Jody Crouse was honored by staff and students last Friday. They made notes in her honor and Maria W. hung them on her desk for her to enjoy. Thank you Jody.
While the snow has yet to materialize all forecasts are calling for Blizzard conditions moving in. Keep the kids home and safe- it’s officially a snow day!
