The college biology class is decomposing hydrogen peroxide to produce water and oxygen gas using catalase in potatoes. Today, we are determining how substrate concentrations affect enzyme activity. 🧪🥽

Congratulations to the DCS Mock Trial Team , Region 3 Champions and State Qualifiers with a win over McCook. DCS JV team challenged DCS 1 in the second round after taking a victory over the Maywood team. Good season!
